  • We know that problems may arrise so please contact us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will assist you with resolving the issue. You may return merchandise from this web site that is NOT customized with embroidery, screen printing or photo printing within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in resaleable condition. Some manufactures do not accept merchandise returns, however they offer technical support over the phone to solve the problem. We have these items listed as such in their description. Customer is responsible for return freight to Brown Dog, returns may receive a 15% restock fee.
